Optimus Corporation fabricates a variety of both Optimus engineered and customer engineered products including HRSG’s, Watertube and Firetube boilers, pressure vessels, Superheaters, Economizers, and many other waste heat recovery products for use in the power generation, sulfuric acid, petrochemical and incineration industries. Our past has shown a necessity to maintain a balance that produces an array of waste heat recovery products.

Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG): Our line of HRSG’s range in size up to 15 megawatts. Unfired or fired, each HRSG is carefully designed to fit customers specifications. Whether it’s a duplicate replacement or an alternative design to improve performance, Optimus can provide both the engineering and fabrication.

Waste Heat Recovery Products: Optimus Engineered Products group produces highly advanced engineered components and equipment. Many of the company's traditional customers are using these products as alternatives to other vendors because of superior product and cost effectiveness. Applications for Optimus’ heat recovery equipment are as varied as their client list and include waste heat boilers, superheaters, economizers, heat recovery steam generators, and related heat recovery products.

Waste Heat Firetube and Watertube Boilers: Available in integral or remote steam drums both Firetube and Watertube boilers are custom designed and constructed in accordance to Section I or VIII of the ASME Code and customer requirements. Our Optimus designed boilers optimize customer’s investment by studying critical operating parameters-including space availability, operating temperatures, fuel consumption, system capacities and many other factors.
